Debbie and Lauren were fantastic in selling our Encinitas home. There were a few complications with the process as it was a rental home with a tenant to work with. Debbie and Lauren were unfailingly positive, and as soon as the house was available, they moved in, photographed and prepped it, listed it promptly, and the house was in contract the first weekend it showed. No detail was too small for them to mind as we moved from contract to closing, so it went without a hitch, even including dealing with the furniture present in the house.
